How are the honeycombs made?
Our unique, patented machine and technology uses only nature beeswax, free of chemicals and additives, to produce honeycombs consisting of complete, hexagon cells.
BREAT's patented machine stores and melts natural beeswax before filtering and injecting it into continuous silicone mold. After cooling, the honeycomb is extracted from the mold, cut and stacked. All of this is done mechanically.
This groundbreaking technology allows for healthy honeycomb renovation while also producing a clean environment to improve the production of honey.
Our machine allows bees to be more productive by replacing honeycombs with complete, new machine-made honeycombs. This allows you to achieve a considerable increase in honey production, increasing the profitability of the hives.
